Price does not include any amounts for changes in taxes or tariffs that are enacted after the date of this Quotation or Sales Order. We reserve the right to change the price to reflect any such changes in taxes or tariffs at time of shipping.
If The Decor Group is required to use a collection agency or attorney to collect money that is owed, purchaser shall pay all damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable collection fees and costs and attorneys’ fees, incurred by The Decor Group in connection with collecting any amounts due .
